Grading: Our standard grades are the best of the batch. This means standard grades include A/B grades and may have multiple small flaws, such as dust particles, stray pieces of glitter, light scratches, polish marks, etc. These shouldn't detract from the overall appearance of the pin, but please be aware of the possibility of flaws when purchasing. Seconds may have larger flaws, such as deep gouges, bad facial flaws, etc. Grading is completed at our discretion.
Resell/Trading: We have no strict resell or trade rules. However, if you regularly purchase our pins just to sell them for a marked up price immediately after receiving them, you do risk getting banned from our shop without warning.
Refunds/Replacements: Refunds and replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not replace any packages that have been marked as delivered. Please work with your local post office to locate any missing packages after delivery.
Shipping: We will automatically combine orders placed by the same customer and refund the excess shipping costs. Our in-stock products will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed. If we have an upcoming drop, we will often delay shipping orders out until after the drop to combine packages and save customers money. In this case, if you'd prefer your order to be shipped out sooner, please feel free to email us and let us know and we will be happy to accommodate. Domestic shipping costs include handling and postage for USPS Ground Advantage/First Class mail. We do offer international shipping using Pirate Ship's Simple Export Rate proxy services.
